You will find out exactly how you will be accommodated in your match. Basically, our worcays are entitled to a single room. Whether this is in a shared apartment or you want to live alone, you can tell us in advance in our questionnaire. If you are traveling with good friends or your partner, you can also let us know if you would like to be accommodated in a double room.
For most of our positions, proficiency in German is required. However, we do have partner companies where you can start with English. Simply check our job listings. We're actively working to offer more opportunities for English speakers. Follow us on social media to stay informed about new locations and partner companies.

We are creating a travel community through our platform and a unique concept where everyone can afford to explore new places. Besides earning money while traveling in beautiful regions, our partner businesses provide you with accommodation, meals, and special benefits. You have the freedom to decide your working hours, allowing you time to explore the region. On top of that, you will become part of the worcay community to connect and make memories. Digital first to make your way as easy and smooth as possible.
You must be min. 18 years old to be placed by worcay.

Your requests will be forwarded to the company, and you'll receive feedback within 5 days at the latest. 3. If everything aligns, you'll be connected with the company. The company will continue communication (in the future through our platform). We remain your travel partner! 4. Your journey starts – Explore new places, become part of the community, and create memories for life. We're here to assist you with any questions and concerns throughout the journey.
Most of the time the minimum stay is one month but we do have special short trips for two weeks. You'll see the exact minimum stay in your offers.
If you are not from the EU, you will need a valid passport and a work visa to enter the EU. We do not cover the cost of applying for the visa or the responsibility of applying for it. All worcays must take care of this themselves. In the future, however, it is possible that we will support worcays with this, but we are currently unable to do so due to a lack of capacity.
After we have gathered your requirements, we will search for suitable candidates for you. Afterwards, you will receive an anonymized short profile of the worcay. If you give your "OK", you will get to know each other in a virtual meeting and clarify all details there. We will no longer be present in this conversation.
The employment of our worcays is your responsibility. However, we are happy to provide you with a sample contract. It is important to have the working hours clearly stated in the contract.
