At worcay, our mission is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to explore new places. We achieve this by creating a safe environment and taking care of all the organization details. Our team personally check every profile and provide you with support throughout the whole journey. We're also travelers, here to help. Best of all, it's completely free for you! (Travel expenses need to be covered.)

You will always be paid the wage that is appropriate for the country in which you are working. Of course, salaries vary from region to region but no worcay works for free.

We ensure our partners are located in beautiful destinations. So far we have partner companies in Germany. You will find yourself by the sea, in the mountains, and in interesting cities like Munich. We look forward to being able to offer you more destinations! Stay up to date with our newsletter.

Our business partnes offer accommodation for you. It can be a hotel room or a room in staff accomodation. It can also be a room in a shared flat (WG). The business will take care of you and find the best solution.

Most of our jobs can be done without any experience, we all have to start somewhere. If you have completed an education and simply want to explore new places in your profession, we also provide jobs for that. You'll receive matches according to your stated preference.

With your registration you will become part of the worcay community. That means as soon as you travel you will find yourself in (messenger) groups with other travelers. We make sure that in every worcay destination you can easily meet other people. Make friends for life. Explore new places together. Share memories.

Some more special benefits vary from offer to offer. Examples may include: free access to spa, sauna, fitness room, rent bikes, or even a free ski pass.

All of our partner businesses are carefully verified, monitored, and often personally visited by our team to ensure no scams and the best experience for you. We value kindness, reliability, and mutual respect. If someone behaves inappropriately, we do not accept it. We're dedicated to support you, and in case of any issues, we'll communicate with the business on your behalf. We are there for you during the whole journey!

You are at least 18 years old. You have at least one month of time. There's no limit from the top. But don't worry, you remain flexible. For instance, if you want to go home for a weekend or have important appointments, that can usually be arranged with the employer. You choose start- and end dates and how much you want to work on site. You share our values, and want to become an active part of our worcay community.
